Last night was an absolute blast as the iHelios team had the honour of sponsoring the #UnlockNetZeroLiveAwards. It was a night dedicated to celebrating the progress towards decarbonisation in the UK housing sector, and we were thrilled to be a part of it.
Our very own Martina Woodworth, Director of iHelios Living Reinvented, had the privilege of presenting awards to some of the most deserving winners in the industry. And what a night it was! The Collaboration of the Year awards went to the most deserving winners in the industry, and we couldn’t be happier for them.
The Birmingham Women’s and Children’s NHS Foundation Trust took home the Energy project award with their “Decarbonising the NHS” project, while EQUANS Regeneration, Michael Dyson Associates Ltd, and Luton Borough Council won the Home upgrade award with their “Luton energy efficiency measures” project. The Retrofit Academy CIC and Essex County Council won the Knowledge building and research award with their “Harlow & Tendering Retrofit Pipeline for Economic Renewal CRF Project.”
These amazing initiatives are leading the way towards a greener future, and the iHelios team can’t wait to see what the future holds for them. At iHelios, we are proud to be a game-changer in transforming homes, commercial spaces, and hotels into more eco-friendly and efficient spaces that promote healthier living conditions. Our infrared heating system can potentially reduce energy consumption and carbon emissions by 30-70%, and when paired with solar panels, up to 95%!
